How long is a typical consultation?
A typical session lasts 45 to 60 minutes, either in person or via video call. I prepare relevant market data and analysis beforehand so our time together is focused and productive.
What should I prepare before the consultation?
It helps to have a rough budget in mind, a list of your priorities (location, size, investment horizon), and any specific properties or districts you are curious about. However, coming in with questions alone is perfectly fine — we will work through everything together.
Can you help with both residential and commercial properties?
