Privacy Notice

This is how I handle the personal data you give me on this site. The short version: I use it to send you what you asked for, and to keep in touch only if you said yes.

What I collect

Your name and email address when you download a guide or request a consultation. A WhatsApp number when you book a one-on-one consultation. The page and link you arrived from, for example which video brought you here.

How I use it

To email you the guide you requested. To arrange a consultation you asked for. With your consent, to send you real estate-related emails such as market insights and new guides. I do not sell or share your details with third parties, apart from the services I use to store data, send email and alert me to a new request (Google Workspace and Telegram).

Your choices

Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them. You can also email me at delvin@delvingoh.com to withdraw consent, correct your details, or ask what I hold about you. When you unsubscribe, your email address stays on a suppression list so that I do not email you again.
